Heyyy Bellez!! I have been doing hair all my life so hair is more than just a job it’s my passion. I am here to educate you and give you a wonderful experience every time you sit in my chair. However i have a few things that I’d like to get you accustomed to knowing about ElleBellez Only before scheduling a service: #1 i set my appointments accordingly so should you feel you’re gonna be late please give me a heads up as time is money, should you not be able to make your appointment you must cancel 24 hours before your appointment time & date ( I WILL NOT BE TAKING TEXT MESSAGES FOR THAT), i do believe in emergencies. No calls/no shows & extremely late to your appointment will lead to a 50% percentage being taken. So please remember this is a business and i must act as so. Also, failure to pay your fee will block you as my client forever. And i love you all but again time is money and Someone else could’ve fit in where you left blank. #2 I do consultations every time someone sits in my chair. I like to look at the scalp the hair and the integrity of your hair so that i can begin to form a Hair relationship and nourish your health with growth. #3 I am a full service salon. Meaning if your hair is not clean or has lots of products on your hair your hair will be shampoo and condition before being serviced. #4 When coming in for an appointment please have some type of inspiration pic just to give me a heads up of the what you’re trying to achieve along with your style. (Keep in mind that my work will not be the exact because i didn’t do the style in the picture and every ElleBelle should have her own look). #5 My space in the salon is a beautiful space for you & i should you have kids please call & let me know ahead of time. Please no additional adults unless they are being serviced. #6 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT come in trying to rush my craft. I take pride in what i do and i honestly work very hard to perfect my art (YOU). #5 (MOST IMPORTANT) I DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS VIA TEXT/DM ONLY THROUGH BOOKING WEBSITE. HOWEVER, i will answer questions through text. **Disclaimer when making an appointment please read all notes. As most color and weaves need a consultation before the initial appointment and for closures & frontals need to be dropped off 1-2 days before scheduled appointment to be prepped in advance. ~Tai Elle the BelleBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your appointment You must give at least a 24 hour window from your scheduled appointment. If I do not receive any type of notice within 24 hours of your appointment or if you are a no-call no show, there will be a 50% cancellation fee from the service you were receiving.
